These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. By browsing or ordering, you agree to them.

Using this store

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to make a purchase. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its operation or security.

Products, descriptions and pricing

We work hard to describe our products accurately and to photograph them honestly. Even so, colours and finishes can appear differently on different screens, and we cannot guarantee that every description is completely free of error.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, to limit order quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order — including after an order confirmation has been sent. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Products are subject to availability and we may discontinue any item at any time.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. You confirm that the payment method you use is yours and that the billing information you provide is accurate and complete.

Shipping and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Shipping terms are set out in full in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Your rights to return items and claim a refund are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Cosmetic products — important notice

Our products are cosmetics intended to moisturise, soften and improve the appearance of skin. They are not medicines. Nothing we publish is medical advice, and nothing sold here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Always patch-test a new product before regular use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking prescribed treatment for your skin, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before use. If you notice a new, changing, bleeding or non-healing patch or lesion on your skin, please have it examined by a doctor or dermatologist rather than treating it yourself.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, graphics, logos and the Retili name — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

User submissions

If you send us reviews, comments, photographs or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and publish it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to give and is not unlawful or defamatory. We may edit or remove submissions at our discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of them.
