Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time
Our standard shipping time is 6–10 business days, depending on your location and local courier services. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or events outside of our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide. Some locations may have limited service. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you and issue a refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Retili is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
